Yoga's power to heal and strengthen the body is immense – quite literally rejuvenating the body and mind. It builds flexibility and muscle tone, yet at the same time, helps the mind to relax and refocus on the things that are really important in your day, and in your life.
Sheena came to yoga through a whiplash injury, appreciating its ability to complement her knowledge of herbal and nutritional treatments for the body and mind.
Sheena's focus is on private lessons to ensure the maximum benefit is derived and on providing worksheets that people can use in their own practice between lessons.
Sheena also offers small classes – in studios and in the workplace.
Her participants range in age from 8 to 85 – there really is no stage in life when yoga cannot add to the quality of your life.
