Her focus is on private lessons in which she can ensure the maximum benefit is derived and on providing worksheets that people can use in their own practice between lessons. Sheena also offers small classes - in studios and in the workplace. Her participants range in age from 8 to 80 - there really is no stage in life when yoga cannot add to the quality of your life.
